Shipping & Delivery

Jawala currently arranges delivery within Qatar. If you have a specific delivery location in mind, let us know when we contact you and we'll confirm whether it's possible.

We don't use a fixed delivery slot or scheduling system. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you directly on WhatsApp to agree on a delivery time that works for you.

After you place an order, our team reviews it and reaches out to confirm the details, arrange payment, and agree on delivery — nothing is finalized automatically at checkout.

A delivery fee of QAR 35 is added at checkout as an estimate; the final amount is always confirmed with you personally before your order is prepared.

If we're unable to reach you or complete delivery at the agreed time, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control — such as traffic, weather, or courier availability. We'll keep you informed if this affects your order.
