You can browse and add items to your cart without creating an account. At checkout, you'll share your name, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery area, address, and any notes — that's all we need to get started.

Jawala does not process payment online. There is no card checkout on this website — payment is always arranged directly with you by our team.

Once your order is submitted, it reserves the items for you and our team reaches out on WhatsApp to confirm the details, the final total (subtotal plus a QAR 35 delivery fee), and how you'd like to pay.

Your order is only finalized once our team has confirmed payment with you. Nothing is charged automatically, and stock is only deducted once payment is confirmed.

Some products are available for pre-order — these are clearly marked, and reserve your place for a piece before it is back in stock. Pre-order items follow the exact same confirmation process described above.
